Acceptance

By using Amide, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the app. It's that simple.

Medical Disclaimer

Amide is an educational and tracking resource. We provide reference tools, calculators, links, tracking tools, and research summaries. We don't diagnose, treat, prescribe, or recommend specific treatments.

Nothing in this app creates or implies a doctor-patient relationship. The dosing protocols and calculators are reference aids — NOT prescriptions. Your doctor knows your health history. We don't.

Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to use Amide. By using the app, you confirm you're 18 or older.

Accounts

If you create an account, you're responsible for:

• Keeping your login credentials secure
• All activity that happens under your account
• Safeguarding your system

We cannot suspend or terminate accounts. Only you, or the admin named in Amide, can delete accounts anytime — see our Privacy Policy for what happens to your data when an admin deletes an account.

Acceptable Use

Don't:

• Redistribute Amide without permission
• Use Amide to promote illegal activity
• Violate any local, regional, or federal laws while using Amide

Intellectual Property

The content, design, calculators, and code in Amide are owned by us or licensed to us. You can reference our content with attribution, but you can't copy, resell, or redistribute it in bulk.

All data input into Amide belongs to you. You input it, you store it, you safeguard it, you share it, you delete it. See our Privacy Policy.

Calculators and Tools

Our calculators perform exact math based on the numbers you provide. It will always be a Garbage In, Garbage Out mentality with these calculators, just like any online peptide calculator. We are not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect inputs, product label discrepancies, or individual physiological differences.

Any calculator output does not constitute dosing recommendations. They are mathematical tools to be used as reference only. Whether a given dose is appropriate for you is a medical decision that requires a healthcare provider.

No Vendor Endorsement

Amide does not sell, supply, endorse, or recommend any peptide vendor, pharmacy, or supplier. We have no control over the quality, purity, or legality of products you obtain from third parties. While the app provides you with a location to store contacts you make, it arrives empty, and any sourcing decisions and associated risks are entirely yours.

Protocols for Educational Purposes

Protocols are educational profiles created by users. Any authorized user may create a profile and publish protocols and related information on it. Everything on a profile is created by its author, and that author is solely responsible for it. Even the celebrity/influencer protocols included are simply designed to help the user understand the capabilities of Amide and are the property of the attributed producer of the protocols.

Amide does not attempt to investigate or verify the education, credentials, licenses, or qualifications of any user. All profile information is self-reported by its user. We have no access to your Amide installation, nor does Amide "phone home" with data of any kind.

Starting a protocol is a personal choice, and is being made freely, with the understanding it is being made for educational purposes only, with potentially a mixture of prescription only & research only items. Consult a licensed healthcare provider before starting any protocol.

Installer Terms

By installing Amide, you represent and warrant that:

• The information on your page is yours & accurate
• You comply with all applicable laws in your locale
• You will not use Amide to sell, offer, advertise, or facilitate the sale of any product, prescription or otherwise
• You will indemnify Amide against claims arising from your content, your conduct, or any services you provide

We may cease to support or delete Amide's distribution at any time at our sole discretion. We provide no guarantee of future updates or support for this app.

Limitation of Liability

Amide is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do our best to keep information accurate and up to date, but we don't guarantee it.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Amide and its operators aren't liable for any damages arising from your use of the app, including health outcomes, data loss, or reliance on information provided here.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Amide, its founders, operators, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the app, your violation of these terms, or any health-related outcomes resulting from your use of information or tools provided here.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of the applicable jurisdiction.

Changes

We may update these terms at any time. The date at the top shows when they were last changed. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
